Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Student Recruitment Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that boost enrolment targets and raise brand awareness.

The role focuses on building partnerships with schools and education partners while guiding the recruitment team. You will oversee lead generation, manage events, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or marketing, with prior team leadership experience.
• Proven experience in recruitment events, school outreach and Market Engagement.
• Sound understanding of lead management, customer engagement and sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of Singapore's higher education landscape, with an established network in the education sector being an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, tertiary institutions, education partners and community organisations to generate recruitment opportunities.
• Monitor lead generation and conversion performance, analyse follow-up reports and recommend improvements to optimise recruitment outcomes.
• Attend to customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and live chat during peak periods.
• Plan and execute Open Houses, education fairs, roadshows, school outreach programmes and other recruitment events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful recruitment campaigns.
