E-BRIDGE PRE-SCHOOL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support onboarding, payroll, and HRIS administration across multiple school locations. The role offers exposure to statutory compliance and welfare programs in the education sector.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HRM/HRD/Business Administration, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can work independently while collaborating with the team to meet departmental goals.

Formación

• Diploma in HRM/HRD/Business Administration from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and payroll/HRIS software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support and gradually undertake the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist with interviewing and inducting new employees for long-term fit.
• Maintain and update employee database records in information systems and generate HR metrics.
• Assist in payroll processing including attendance, OT, incentives, and allowances.
• Stay informed of MoM regulations and acts affecting policies and reporting.
