THE BALLET & MUSIC COMPANY PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Administration & Operations role at its Educational Centre in Singapore.

You will support daily operations, handle student inquiries, and assist with enrollments and exams. The ideal candidate has at least O levels and a diploma, is computer literate, customer‑oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. The position requires five days per week, including weekends and evenings, with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• At least O levels and a diploma or higher qualification.
• Computer literacy with good proficiency in common office software.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Willing to work five days a week, including weekends and evenings, with two weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Administration & Operations of Educational Centre
• Manage student enrollments (enquiries, assessments, registration) and exams
• Establish excellent rapport with parents and children
• Assist to organise events, concerts and open houses
• Meet Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
