Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Admin Assistant in Singapore to handle front-desk inquiries, student registrations and scheduling. You will assist with payments, records, and basic marketing tasks while supporting events and classroom operations.

The role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) with two weekdays off. Salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,200 plus an incentive bonus, offering growth in a music education setting.

Qualifications

• Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management or a related field.
• Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with 2 weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email and walk-ins.
• Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.
• Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.
• Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily organisation of the academy.
• Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
• Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
