Job summary

SIHAI INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our education centre in Singapore. You will undergo structured training across centre operations, student enrolment, sales, CRM and team leadership to develop future leaders.

Successful candidates can progress to Centre Manager or Principal roles based on performance and business needs. This role offers on-site work and exposure to education management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with sales targets and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Prior experience in education, tuition centres, sales, customer service or operations management is an advantage.
• Passion for education and a strong interest in developing a long-term career in education management.

Responsibilities

• Centre Operations: Assist in daily operations and administration of the education centre; Ensure smooth operations and high service standards; Monitor class schedules, student attendance and classroom arrangements; Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Student Enrolment & Sales: Promote tuition and enrichment programmes; Conduct course consultations; Follow up on enquiries and trial classes; Build relationships with parents; Work towards enrolment targets and centre revenue goals.
• Parent & Customer Relationship Management: Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns; Maintain relationships with parents and students; Follow up on student progress and parent satisfaction.
• Team Management: Coordinate teachers and administrative staff; Support staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance monitoring; Develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase enrolment and promote programmes; Support marketing campaigns and events; Monitor performance and prepare reports.
• Management Training & Development: Participate in structured training covering sales, operations, customer service and team management; Learn to manage budgets, resources and performance indicators; Take on increasing responsibilities.
