Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours.
• Interest in business operations and centre management careers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in executing business plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Track and analyse enrolment, retention, sales, and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and managing daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to parent and participant enquiries, feedback, and escalations progressively.
• Monitor sales performance and actively support sales and enrolment initiatives to meet targets.
• Coach gymnastics classes for children 18 months to 12 years, delivering curriculum across skill levels.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on gym equipment and apparatus to ensure a safe environment.
• Model company values and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support onboarding and provide day-to-day guidance to new and trainee coaches as the programme advances.
• Learn and apply personnel administration processes including rostering, attendance, and leave management, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Develop skills to handle workplace issues and facilitate effective team communication under Centre Manager guidance.
• Uphold health, safety, and well-being standards for all staff and participants consistently.
