Computhink Academy is seeking a Centre Management Executive in Singapore to greet students and parents, handle enrolments and schedules, and support marketing initiatives. The role offers an entry-level path with potential progression toward Centre Manager.

Ideal candidates are graduates with a Diploma, strong English communication, and a positive, detail-oriented mindset. A tech-savvy, people-focused attitude is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma in Business Admin, Customer Experience or related fields.
• Excellent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in office productivity tools.
• Positive, friendly personality with ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors in person, via WhatsApp, WebChat, Telegram, Facebook, email and phone.
• Manage student enrolments, class schedules, invoice calculations and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.
• Assist with marketing activities, including managing our digital presence on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
• Support the teaching team and contribute ideas to improve centre operations.
