Job summary

Search Avenue Private Limited is hiring a Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of an education centre, teaching and nurturing primary and secondary school students. You’ll serve as the friendly bridge between parents, students, teachers, and colleagues to ensure great communication and a positive experience.

You will manage class schedules, handle walk-ins and inquiries, and support administrative operations to keep the centre running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Coordinate and liaise with parents and teachers.
• Able to work independently or as a team and prioritize tasks.
• Min. GCE 'N' Level.
• Candidates with customer service experience from other industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate class schedules for the centre.
