Job summary

Search Avenue Private Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support day-to-day operations at an education centre serving primary and secondary students. The role involves managing class schedules, handling inquiries, and coordinating with parents, students, and teachers.

You will be the friendly bridge ensuring great communication and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Central/East location, 3 weekday + 2 weekend work, full-time.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent required.
• Ability to liaise with parents and teachers.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team and prioritise tasks.
• Customer service experience from other industries welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate class schedules for the centre.
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries — providing helpful course consultations to parents and students.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
