Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers in Singapore to be the first point of contact for parents and students. You will assist with enrolments, scheduling, and admin tasks, while maintaining accurate student records and supporting centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.

Responsibilities include handling payments, receipts, and basic finance-related tasks, with a 4 weekdays + 1 weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with parents/teachers.
• Candidates from retail/hospitality/F&B welcome to apply.
• Team player able to prioritise tasks at hand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone enquiries from parents and students.
• Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course-related administrative support.
• Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
• Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and manage basic finance-related tasks.
• Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.
