Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Centre Manager to lead operations and deliver high-quality student care for primary students. You will oversee daily centre operations, ensure safety, drive performance, and manage enrolment and finances.

You will coach staff, engage parents, maintain behaviour management, implement safety protocols, monitor metrics, and lead continuous improvement. Working hours are Mon-Fri 10am-7pm with island-wide locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in student care or education, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage centre operations independently.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily centre operations, ensuring high standards in service, safety, and compliance.
• Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and staff development.
• Oversee centre administration, enrolment, and financial performance.
• Implement and uphold robust student safety and transition protocols.
• Take ownership of student behaviour management, including complex case handling.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through clear, proactive communication.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality academic support programmes.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
