• Adhere to timing standards for food preparation and service to optimize guest satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to consolidate service steps and increase table turnover efficiently
• Present menus clearly, answer guest questions, and make informed food and beverage suggestions
• Serve guests courteously and accommodate their needs promptly
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail items offered
• Apply positive suggestive selling techniques to guide guests toward menu choices
• Maintain cleanliness of tables throughout service to ensure a pleasant environment
• Implement waste reduction practices and cost control measures during service
• Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
• Deliver food and beverages accurately to tables as required
• Follow all cash handling policies and procedures to ensure transaction accuracy
• Report punctually to the property in proper uniform, ready to work
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat as needed
• Prepare simple dishes such as salads and entrees when required
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with packing and vacuum packing tasks as necessary
