Job summary

TAISEI CORPORATION Singapore seeks an experienced BIM coordinator to manage E&M/MEP BIM coordination for MRT projects, ensuring constructability and compliance with LTA requirements.

You will develop and maintain CCSM/SEM models, lead coordination meetings, review models, and track issues, with a self-driven, independent work style and a minimum of five years in BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM coordination and management experience.
• Experience on LTA MRT projects BIM requirements.
• Strong understanding of E&M/MEP services coordination.
• Review E&M models for constructability, spatial coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and SEM model.

Responsibilities

• Participate in BIM and technical coordination meetings and independently present coordination issues when required.
• Manage model updates, coordination comments and issue tracking and ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with LTA project BIM requirements.
• Assist in ensuring BIM delivery aligns with project schedule and quality standards.

Job description

• Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, building services, BIM management, construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Hands-on experience working LTA MRT projects BIM requirements and E&M BIM coordination across different disciplines and interfacing parties.
• Strong understanding of E&M/MEP services coordination.
• Review E&M models for constructability, spatial coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and SEM model.
