Job summary

BIMFINITY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. invites a BIM Coordinator/Lead to drive BIM workflows on construction projects in Singapore. You will lead the implementation of BIM processes, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure clash-free models and up-to-date drawings.

The role requires a diploma or degree in relevant field, minimum 2 years BIM experience, familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and strong communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
• Minimally 2 years of BIM modeling work in building construction and project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Experience in LTA/MRT projects is advantageous.
• Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.
• Handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, including CCSM, to resolve design and construction issues instantly using BIM models and mitigate latency in decision making.
• Coordinate with Consultants, System‑Wide Contractors and Sub‑Contractors to ensure discipline‑specific design and construction conflicts identified in clash detection analysis are resolved and rectified.
• Use Navisworks to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance report progress.
• Review and validate models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash‑free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.
• Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• Participate in technical, design and consultants’ meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards and quality control procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in BIM deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Oversee, coordinate and manage BIM modelers to meet all BIM deliverables, submissions and information exchange schedules as documented in the agreed BEP.
• Assist the project team with 3D models and 2D shop drawings.
• Provide training and support to other team members who are less experienced with BIM software or modeling techniques.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned.
