Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator with strong experience in MEP projects and electrical systems. You will manage BIM models, ensure clash-free coordination, and support site workflows across project phases.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating with document control, and delivering 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BIM certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years' BIM Coordinator experience and 5 years' Electrical Engineer experience.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Experience with BIM processes on large construction projects is an advantage.

• Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Nitec in MEP Engineering or possess a BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / MircoStation (2D/3D)
• Knowledge of BIM requirements in Singapore standard
• Familiar with infrastructure / LTA | MRT projects (M&E)
