Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD represents a renowned building & construction firm seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their team in Singapore. You will develop, coordinate and manage BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines on major civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include clash detection with Navisworks, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring models and drawings stay updated with design and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD for BIM modelling.
• Experience on large rail/infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage BIM models for building projects.
• Coordinate MEP, architectural and structural BIM to resolve clashes.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Perform clash detection and track coordination issues.
• Prepare updated drawings and shop/construction drawings from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models reflect latest design and site requirements.
• Extract drawings, schedules and quantities from BIM models as needed.
• Support site teams with BIM-related technical issues.

Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a BIM Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, coordinate and manage BIM models for building/construction projects


• Coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E BIM models to identify and resolve clashes


• Conduct BIM coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and project teams


• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and follow up on coordination issues


• Prepare and update coordinated BIM models, shop drawings and construction drawings


• Ensure BIM models are updated according to the latest design and site requirements


• Extract drawings, schedules and quantities from BIM models where required


• Support site teams in resolving BIM/design-related technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline


• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD


• Prior experience working on LTA/MRT/rail or major civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred
