Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Co-ordinator with experience in large construction projects. You will prepare project models, set up workflows, manage BIM coordination on site, and update Revit models.

The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or BIM certificate, 2 years BIM coordination and 5 years electrical engineering experience, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD/MircoStation, and knowledge of Singapore BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec or BIM certificate required.
• 2+ years BIM Co-ordinator experience; 5+ years Electrical Engineer experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Experience with BIM in large projects; advantage for tender-to-completion.
• Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and MRT/LTA projects.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Nitec in Civil & Structural Engineering or possess a BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / MircoStation (2D/3D)
• Knowledge of BIM requirements in Singapore standard
• Familiar with infrastructure / LTA | MRT projects
