Well-established Tripartite Partner Bed Linen Company since 2006 with distribution of international licensed brands to all established retailers, inviting interested candidates for the position of E-Commerce Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Upload and maintain new product listings daily on various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
- Oversee all e-commerce activities, from order placement to successful delivery.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately to fulfill requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking and reconciling physical stock.
- Assist in monitoring online platforms, product listings, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, logistics, or related administrative work (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on intero.com, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), and retailers' online portals, including creating compelling campaigns.
