Job summary

Xurply Pte Ltd, a fast-growing e-commerce and retail company, is looking for a detail-oriented operations support specialist in Singapore. You will assist the sales team, handle refunds and after-sales cases, and help manage daily administrative tasks.

This role requires strong organisation, good Excel skills, and the ability to multitask and coordinate across teams. You will help streamline workflows, maintain records, and support management with new procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales and operational matters.
• Assist with refunds, returns and after-sales cases.
• Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate between different team members and departments when required.
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Suggest ideas to simplify workflows and improve daily operations.
• Assist in improving internal processes and reducing unnecessary work.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
• Support management in implementing new operational procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
