Qualifications

• Sales-driven with strong customer communication
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prepare, organize and analyze sales and inventory data in Excel
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
• Retail, e-commerce or sales experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple online marketplace accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and close sales
• Create and maintain product listings
• Manage online advertisements and promotions
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Update stock quantities after every sale
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of stock
• Support warehouse walk-in sales and maintain attractive product displays
• Coordinate with part-time sales staff when required
• Prepare monthly sales reports including revenue, expenses and net profit
• Track best-selling and slow-moving products
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
