XURPLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive in Singapore to drive online sales, manage marketplace accounts, and maintain product listings. You will coordinate stock, promotions, and reports to support informed decisions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, Excel-based analysis, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently while contributing to a dynamic online retail environment.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with strong customer communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to analyse sales and inventory data in Excel.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Retail/e-commerce or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple online marketplace accounts.
• Reply to customer enquiries and close sales.
• Create and maintain product listings.
• Manage online advertisements and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Update stock quantities after every sale.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of new stock.
• Support warehouse walk-in sales and maintain attractive product displays.
• Coordinate with part-time sales staff when required.
• Prepare monthly sales reports including revenue, expenses and net profit.
• Track best-selling and slow-moving products.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
