Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to manage website content, perform GA4 analytics, and coordinate enhancement projects. The role focuses on optimizing user experience, tracking conversions, and supporting product launches and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong communication skills. This position offers a practical work location in Singapore and growth opportunities in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, Digital Media or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with website management, e‑commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong understanding of website analytics, cookie tracking, customer behaviour analysis and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Coordinate website enhancement projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
• Monitor website performance metrics, including traffic, customer journeys, conversion rates, and checkout completion rates.
• Utilize GA4 and cookie tracking tools to analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for website optimization.
• Conduct regular website audits and maintain documentation for website updates and processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate website requests, changes, and improvements.
• Support e-commerce platform updates, product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in driving online and offline sales through effective execution of e-commerce activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
