Job summary

Charterhouse Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking an E-Shopper Executive to support website management, content updates and performance improvements. The role includes involvement in e-commerce platforms and marketing activities, with GA4 and Shopify familiarity to optimize traffic and conversions.

You will coordinate website enhancements, conduct testing, and analyze user behavior to drive online and offline sales while ensuring accurate information and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in website management or related field.
• Familiar with GA4 and Shopify.
• Understanding of website traffic, cookie tracking, and conversion rates.
• Experience in content updates and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content updates and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate website enhancements and conduct user testing to ensure smooth functionality.
• Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour and conversion rates, including tracking visitors who proceed to checkout or complete purchases.
• Manage cookie tracking and use website analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular website checks and maintain relevant documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate website requests and updates.
• Support e-commerce platform updates, product marketing and sales campaigns to drive online and offline sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
