Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales, manage and optimise e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and expand brand reach in Singapore.

This role combines digital marketing with strategic partnerships to boost online performance. Based in Singapore, you will oversee multiple channels, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with retailers and distributors to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces).
• Maintain and update the Company website, product information, promotional content and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising activities.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others).
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains and distribution networks.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
