Job summary

Blood is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Fulfilment and Warehouse Operations lead in Singapore. You will oversee daily order picking/packing for two brands, manage stock transfers, and coordinate with 3PL partners. The role blends desk work with time on a busy warehouse floor.

You will supervise part-time staff, plan headcount against forecasts, and optimize packing targets and costs. familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL operations.
• Some experience supervising or coordinating a small team, including part-time staff.
• Comfortable spending part of the week on a warehouse floor; hands-on role.
• Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking and packing for e-commerce orders, managing a team.
• Manage stock transfers between B2B, B2C warehouses and 3PL.
• Arrange courier pickups and last-mile deliveries.
• Handle inbound pallets and storage of marketing materials; keep stock area tidy.
• Maintain warehouse layout to prevent backlogs and raise space needs early.
