Job summary

Blood is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce fulfilment specialist in Singapore to manage daily picking/packing for two brands and oversee inventory across B2C and 3PL networks. This hands-on role blends desk work with time on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL operations.
• Some experience supervising or coordinating a small team, including part-time or contract staff.
• Comfortable spending part of the week on a warehouse floor; this role is hands-on.
• Good Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and confident working in an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus).
• Clear written English for working with 3PLs, couriers and marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations (35%): oversee daily picking/packing, manage a team of packers, coordinate stock transfers and 3PL.
• Packer planning and management (25%): plan headcount/shifts, hire/train part-time staff, set targets, monitor performance.
• 3PL and vendor management (20%): manage 3PL relation, check billing, chase service levels, control costs.
• Inventory management (15%): run stock counts, investigate variances, manage returns/damages, keep ERP stock accurate.
• Marketing support and consumer orders (5%): prepare stock for marketing events and handle small international orders.

Location: Jalan Pemimpin, 5 mins walk from Bishan / Marymount MRT Position: Full-time, permanent position

Responsibilities:

E-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations (35%)

• Oversee daily picking and packing for e-commerce orders out of our B2C warehouse, managing a team of full- and part-time packers
• Manage stock transfers from our B2B warehouse into the B2C warehouse and into our 3PL, keeping the right level of cover in each.
• Arrange courier pickups and last-mile deliveries.
• Handle inbound pallets, storage of marketing materials, and general upkeep of the stock area.
• Keep the warehouse laid out so pallets can be inbounded without a backlog, and raise it early when space is running short.

Packer planning and management (25%)

• Plan packer headcount and shifts against order forecasts, including campaign peaks such as double days.
• Hire, onboard and train part-time packers, and bring in ad-hoc labour when volume spikes.
• Set packing targets, monitor performance against them
• Maintain packing cost vs. target

3PL and vendor management (20%)

• Own the day-to-day relationship with our e-commerce 3PL, from onboarding and transition through to steady state.
• Check 3PL billing against what was actually shipped, and raise claims for errors, damage or loss.
• Monitor service levels on pick accuracy, dispatch time and stock accuracy, and chase corrective action when they slip.
• Govern 3PL cost vs. targets

Inventory management (15%)

• Run monthly e-commerce stock counts and the half-yearly full count.
• Investigate and clear variances between system and physical stock.
• Manage returns, damages, expiry and write-offs on B2C stock.
• Keep stock records in our ERP current and accurate.

Marketing support and consumer orders (5%)

• Prepare and send stock for marketing events, activations and retail drops.
• Handle small volumes international e-commerce orders.

Requirements
