S&J MARKET PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment & Delivery Operations Associate to join our growing e-commerce team in Singapore. You will handle the end-to-end fulfillment and delivery processes, collaborate with marketplace managers, and support inventory management and daily workflows.

In this role you’ll gain exposure to logistics planning, order accuracy, and even marketing tasks as the company scales. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license for 1.7t–2.4t van.
• Understanding of packing, shipping and fulfillment processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic arithmetic for inventory and shipping calculations.
• Good communication with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 1.7t–2.4t van to deliver to B2B partners and direct customers.
• Plan efficient daily delivery routes.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label daily orders accurately.
• Inspect packages for damage and seal integrity before dispatch.
• Assist with warehouse duties and restock packing materials.
• Maintain records such as packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Support stock checks and inventory management with the team.
• Provide ad-hoc support for marketing tasks as needed.
