Job summary

Blood is a challenger consumer brand focusing on game-changing period care products. This full-time role oversees e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations for two brands from Singapore, blending desk work with hands-on floor time.

You will manage inventory, packers, and 3PL partners to keep stock moving and orders flowing. You will plan packer headcount, coordinate couriers, and maintain ERP stock accuracy while helping scale regional fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small team.
• Hands-on role with warehouse floor time.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP familiarity.
• Clear written English for working with 3PLs and couriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking and packing for e-commerce orders, manage a team of packers.
• Manage stock transfers between warehouses and 3PL.
• Arrange courier pickups and last-mile deliveries.
• Handle inbound pallets and stock area upkeep.
• Maintain warehouse layout to prevent bottlenecks and optimise space.
• Plan packer headcount and shifts against forecasts.
• Hire/train part-time packers and ad-hoc labour.
• Monitor packing targets and costs.
• Own day-to-day relationship with e-commerce 3PL and billing checks.
• Monitor service levels and chase corrective actions.
• Run monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Manage returns, damages, expiry and write-offs in stock records.
• Support marketing orders and small international orders.
