Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with Ecommerce Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the country-wide e-commerce fulfillment strategy in Singapore.
• Lead and mentor Ship-from-Store and Warehouse teams to improve accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Standardize processes and SOPs for online order prep across fulfillment ops.
• Collaborate with APAC tech teams to optimize platforms and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to lower costs.
