Job summary

Reolink is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Executive / Specialist (Senior) to manage the official website and Amazon across Australia, Europe, and US markets. You will optimize listings, run promotions, and analyze performance.

This role focuses on cross‑border B2C ecommerce with policy compliance, driving traffic and conversions via GA, A/B tests, and CPC campaigns. Compensation includes medical benefits and yearly/performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience handling company's official website / Amazon for E-Commerce duties.
• Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with website traffic & conversions, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Proven cross-border e-commerce (B2C) experience is a plus, especially Australia, Europe & US markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, focusing on Australia, Europe and US markets.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform standards.
• Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data; provide actionable insights and optimize pricing and assortment.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies to safeguard account health.

• Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high-quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
