Job summary

Reolink is seeking an Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Executive / Specialist to manage our e-commerce storefronts, especially on our official site and Amazon, across Australia, Europe and US markets.

You will upload listings, optimize keywords, run promotions, monitor orders, and analyze traffic to improve conversion and pricing strategies. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years' e-commerce experience are expected, with knowledge of platform policies and cross-border trade advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on e-commerce experience on company's website and Amazon.
• Solid understanding of platform policies for Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with website traffic and conversion metrics, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is advantageous, esp. AU, Europe & US.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's e-commerce storefronts across platforms, focusing on Australia, Europe and US markets.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and execute region-specific promotions and ads to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform performance standards.
• Track sales, traffic and conversion data to optimize pricing and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with each platform's policies to safeguard account health.
