Job summary

NOVUS FERRO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Inventory Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. You will process incoming stock, photograph and retouch product images, and ensure listings stay up-to-date across platforms.

You will collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams, handle customer inquiries, participate in stocktakes, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while helping to optimise product visibility.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms preferred but not necessary.
• Team player with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming inventory for display and sale on company's e-commerce platforms including photo-taking and retouching of images.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations team on inventory management
• Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
• Handle any existing or new customer enquiries
• Work closely with all colleagues to ensure that all inventory are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
• Assist with stocktaking, unpacking and processing of inventory
• Ensure the work environment is kept clean and organised
