Job summary

ASPIAL LIFESTYLE JEWELLERY GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant to oversee day-to-day eCommerce fulfilment operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control and quality assurance across online channels.

You will also coach junior fulfilment staff, coordinate with courier partners and support peak-period planning to maintain service standards and KPI targets.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and courier dispatch.
• Ensure order accuracy and high standards of packaging and presentation.

• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Support order sorting, dispatch planning and workload allocation during peak periods.
• Escalate fulfilment issues to the Fulfilment Executive/Manager.
• Monitor daily fulfilment performance and support KPIs.

Job description

The Senior eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of eCommerce fulfilment operations while serving as a senior operations resource within the fulfilment team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, inventory control, quality assurance, courier coordination, and compliance with fulfilment procedures. The incumbent also supports onboarding, coaching and supervision of junior fulfilment staff to maintain service standards, operational efficiency and fulfilment accuracy across all online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Fulfilment

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and courier dispatch.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.
• Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on orders before dispatch to minimise fulfilment errors.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely collection and delivery of parcels.
• Support order sorting, dispatch planning and workload allocation during peak periods
• Escalate fulfilment issues, delays or customer-impacting incidents to the Fulfilment Executive/ Manager.
• Monitor daily fulfilment performance and support achievement of operational KPIs.

Inventory Support & Stock Control

• Monitor low-stock situations and highlight replenishment requirements promptly.
• Maintain organised, secure and efficient inventory storage areas.
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans and stock verification activities.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and support inventory reconciliation exercises.
• Support stock receiving, stock transfer and inventory movement activities.
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate across all fulfilment systems.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.

eCommerce Content & Campaign Support

• Support the production of short-form video content and product photography for eCommerce and social media platforms.
• Assist with livestream setup, product preparation and operational support activities.
• Support campaign launches and major sales events through fulfilment readiness planning and execution.
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.
