Job summary

BARCODE MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time, long-term team member to manage product listings and assist with customer service and order/inventory tasks. The role involves updating listings, organizing products into collections, and ensuring accuracy of product information.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can commit to 2–3 days per week. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is advantageous, and e-commerce exposure is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Product Management

• Upload and update product listings.
• Organise products into relevant collections and categories.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.

Customer Service Support

• Respond to routine customer enquiries.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
• Escalate customer issues when necessary.

Order & Inventory Support

• Update order tracking information.
• Assist with product transfers and exchanges based on customer requests.
• Perform basic order processing and fulfilment checks.
• Assist with basic inventory updates and checks.

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 2–3 days per week on a long-term basis.
