Job summary

ATASBID SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level E-Commerce Catalog Lead to support daily photography operations, listings, and promotional campaigns.

You will gain hands-on training in digital content management, auction logistics, and social media marketing to help grow engagement with upcoming auctions. You will collaborate with the operations team on item intake, invoicing support, and post-auction activities, while developing skills in product photography and basic graphic design for

Responsibilities

• Digital Content & Listing Management: Prepare auction catalog details and upload listings—complete with high-quality product photography.
• Marketing & Promotions: Plan, schedule and execute promotional content across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and email campaigns.
• Product Photography & Graphic Design: Capture clear product images and create basic graphics for previews and promotions.
• Bidder & Client Engagement: Handle online bidder inquiries and assist during live auction events.
• Data Tracking & Database Management: Maintain item/client databases, track campaign performance, and generate simple reports.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate with operations on item intake, invoicing support, and post-auction logistics.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to help you build skills in digital content management, auction logistics, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content & Listing Management: Prepare auction catalog details and upload listings-complete with high-quality product photography to our online platform and social media channels.

• Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing promotional content across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to drive engagement for upcoming auctions.

• Product Photography & Graphic Design: Capture clear, accurate product images and create engaging basic graphics for auction previews, highlights, and promotional materials.

• Bidder & Client Engagement: Handle online bidder inquiries promptly, assist during live auction events, and build positive relationships with prospective collectors.
