About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our team at Good Food Always Industries Pte. Ltd. in the Toh Guan West Region. This full-time role will provide critical support to our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Marketplace Management: Directly manage our stores on Shopee and Lazada , ensuring our product listings are always up-to-date and optimized. You'll also help run our promotions and flash sales.
• Order Fulfillment: Process all incoming orders quickly and accurately, coordinating with our logistics partners to make sure our snacks get to our customers on time.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient support to customers through the marketplace chat, answering questions and resolving any issues to maintain our high seller rating.
• Content Support: Assist in preparing and uploading product photos and descriptions that make our snacks irresistible.

What we're looking for

• Mindset: A strong desire to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
• Skills: You are incredibly organized, have a sharp eye for detail, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You're also a great communicator and a proactive problem-solver.
