Responsibilities

• Manage Shopee and Lazada stores, keep product listings up-to-date and optimize promotions.
• Process orders promptly and coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Provide courteous customer support via marketplace chat and resolve issues to maintain ratings.
• Assist in preparing and uploading product photos and descriptions.
