Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Hougang, Singapore seeks an IT Support professional to provide first- and second-level assistance for users and systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application issues, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring smooth ERP operations. You will document processes, manage user access, assist in IT projects and coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BIS or related.
• Experience in IT support, application support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes.
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365 and account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Support key business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop understanding of Business Central and business workflows including purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and approvals.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, roles and permissions for Business Central and other apps.
• Coordinate with vendors or consultants for system integrations and incidents.
• Participate in IT projects, testing and UAT, and document IT processes.

• Location: Hougang
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
• Salary : $2800 - $3800

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Provide application support for key business systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of Business Central and the organisation’s business processes and workflows.
• Understand key business processes, including purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and approval workflows.
• Support users in resolving Business Central application and access-related issues.
• Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into suitable IT or system solutions.
• Support APIs, web services and system integrations between Business Central and other business applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system and integration issues, and coordinate with vendors or consultants where required.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, roles and permissions for Business Central and other business applications.
• Support IT security, compliance and user access reviews.
• Manage IT incidents, perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Liaise with IT vendors, Business Central consultants and service providers on technical and application issues.
• Maintain IT, application, system integration and Business Central documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, system enhancements, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, business workflows and system efficiency.
• Support digitalisation, automation and other IT improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT support, application support or IT operations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Understanding of key business processes such as purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and approval workflows.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business workflows and how they are supported by IT systems.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web services and system integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365and Active Directory/Entra ID.
