Job summary

Glory Food Products Pte Ltd is seeking an organised and reliable Sales & Operations Coordinator to support daily sales and delivery operations at our Woodlands Terrace office. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, issue invoices and coordinate with delivery staff.

Key duties include planning delivery routes, maintaining inventory records, packing and dispatching online orders, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative, customer service or operations experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Organised, attentive to detail and comfortable with hands‑on packing duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Issue invoices and maintain customer records.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate with customers and delivery staff.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Process, pack and arrange dispatch of online orders.
• Handle returns and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
