Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive sales activities and develop strategic marketing plans for stainless steel fabrication products. You will identify and secure new clients while maintaining existing relationships to meet revenue targets.

You will generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and handle tender/bidding submissions. Prior experience in technical sales within construction or metal fabrication is preferred; 2+ years is recommended.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent; ITE can be considered with relevant experiences in Mechanical / Precision / Manufacturing related.
• Preferable 2 years and above related working experience.
• Experience in tender/bidding submission.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
• Metal fabrication will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales activities and develop strategic marketing plan.
• Identify and secure new clients base and maintaining existing clients to ensure revenue targets met.
• Develop good business relation with customers.
• Generate leads and convert into active customer base.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by upper management.
