Job summary

Fabrik Asia is seeking a Project Executive to join our project team, supporting the planning and execution of brand activations, events and live experiences. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, our creative team, clients and vendors to bring projects from planning through to on-ground execution.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, resourceful and enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evenings and weekends during event periods.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination and execution of events and brand activations.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers and partners on production requirements, timelines, logistics and deliverables.
Prepare quotations, project schedules, checklists, presentations and other project documentation.
Support communication between clients, internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
Support event setup, rehearsals, operations, show days and teardown.
Assist with sourcing quotations, tracking project expenses and maintaining project cost records.
Research venues, vendors, talent, materials and other project requirements when needed.
