Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Support development of event concepts, timelines, and production schedules.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, program flow, transportation, and manpower deployment.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with on-site setup, registration, and event flow; troubleshoot operational issues.
