THE FUN EMPIRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic Event Operations Executive to manage hands-on event delivery from planning through on-site and virtual execution.

You will work closely with clients, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure every experience runs smoothly. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, supervising facilitators, training schedules, stock checks, and maintaining equipment while developing new games and activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant events or operations experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply (optional).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual events from preparation to completion.
• Manage event operations, timelines, logistics, and on-site requirements.
• Handle event setup, equipment preparation, transportation, and tear-down.
• Brief clients and participants, facilitate activities, and ensure an excellent event experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of event facilitators.
• Plan event logistics, conduct stock checks, manage inventory, and maintain event equipment.
• Work with the team to develop, test, and improve new games, workshops, and experiences.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and solve problems quickly on the ground.
• Support administrative and operational tasks where required.
