Job summary

HYDSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic, independent and reliable events professional who can follow up enquiries, craft proposals and quotations, and close deals for physical, virtual or hybrid events.

You will work closely with clients to ensure events are executed flawlessly, whether done in person, online, or as a blend of both. You will collaborate with clients to ensure flawless event delivery and may work alone or with a team, sometimes remotely.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising / Media, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing physical, virtual & hybrid events advantageous.
• A burning passion for events.
• Team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing to work hard and put in long hours with a positive attitude.
• Honest, with good work ethics.
• Must be willing to learn, curious, tenacious, and resilient.
• Experience in client servicing is preferred.
• A good appreciation and understanding of technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow up enquiries, work out a proposal and quotation, and then close the deal.
• Work closely with the client to ensure events are executed perfectly across physical, virtual, or hybrid formats.
• Collaborate within a team or work independently as needed, including remote work.
• Support account management and help hold the fort while delivering high-quality events.
