Job summary

Get Out! Events is seeking an on-site Event Executive to support planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and government events in Singapore.

You will work closely with Event Managers, assist with timelines, run sheets, vendor coordination, and on-site operations, with opportunities to grow into larger responsibilities.

This hands-on role requires weekend/irregular hours and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset, plus comfort with AI tools for research and documentation.

Qualifications

• Some experience in events, hospitality, production, customer service, operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Managers with event planning, timelines, run sheets, vendor coordination, and logistical preparation.
• Help prepare event documents such as programme flows, packing lists, manpower plans, briefing notes, and setup requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal team members to ensure event requirements are clear and followed up.
• Support sourcing, quotation requests, simple proposal inputs, and operational planning where required.
• On-site event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Assist with registration, guest flow, activity management, stage coordination, vendor coordination, and general event operations.
• Ensure event equipment, materials, signage, and supplies are properly prepared, packed, transported, and accounted for.
• Help troubleshoot on-ground issues calmly and elevate matters to the Event Manager when needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members.
• Attend internal briefings, client meetings, site recces, and event debriefs when required.
• Take clear notes, follow up on assigned tasks, and keep the Event Manager updated on progress.
• Learn to manage client expectations and support smooth communication across all parties.
