Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team!

As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Ensure smooth operation daily
  • Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
  • Supervise and direct the Front Office team
  • Ensure all colleagues are kept up to date with hotel products and services
  • Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
  • Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues

We are looking for someone who:

  • Fully understands Rooms and Front Desk operations
  • Has experience in the same capacity with hotel/resort background with OPMS knowledge and related hotel's front office system
  • Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
  • Has experience in managing emergency response/ crisis management
  • CERT and First Aider certified is an added advantage
