• Demonstrated fundraising experience across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to develop and manage donor pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising strategy and revenue development across major donors, foundations, corporate and individual giving.
• Develop and manage fundraising pipelines from prospecting to stewardship.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and grow donor acquisition and retention.
• Conduct prospect research and donor profiling to cultivate prospective funders.
• Coordinate grant writing and reporting for institutional donors.
• Oversee donor acknowledgement, events, and stewardships to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with programmes, communications and leadership to craft compelling donor propositions.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline and forecasts to inform management decisions.
