Job summary

Talents@Work is seeking a growth-focused role to support fundraising, donor stewardship, and partnership development in Singapore. This position drives revenue growth, strengthens donor relationships, and enhances visibility through strategic communications and engagement initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to design compelling proposals, campaigns, and reports, while ensuring budget adherence and KPI tracking to satisfy stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of fundraising, corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement or leadership experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Proven success in a target-driven environment with fundraising, sponsorships and partnership development outcomes.
• Deep understanding of social impact issues and collaboration across teams.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proposal writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sponsors, donors, and partners to enhance funding streams and programme sustainability.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies, proposals, and campaigns for major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and community fundraising.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, corporates and community partners.
• Develop donor stewardship strategies including recognition, retention, and upgrades.
• Create donor-facing materials (grant proposals, newsletters, impact reports, decks).
• Collaborate with Strategic Communications to drive publicity (digital, media, on-ground).
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
