Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Head of DMart Operations for Singapore. The role oversees coordination between sales, warehouse and supply chain teams to drive sales growth, efficiency and cost control. Based in Singapore, you will report to the Director, Q-Commerce (SG).

Ideal candidates bring substantial operations leadership, cross-functional collaboration and strategic process improvements to optimise performance and service quality within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have significant experience in operations management, cross-functional leadership, project management and supply chain logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimally 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing central warehouses, distributors & managing own stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination between sales, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure sales growth, operational efficiency and cost control.
• Manage dark stores, central warehouses & distributors through third parties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational OKRs and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress and obstacles.
