foodpanda is seeking a Head of DMart Operations (SG) to oversee coordination between sales, warehouse, and supply chain teams, driving growth, efficiency, and cost control. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure adherence to operational standards within Singapore.

The role requires significant experience in operations management and leadership, with responsibility for budgets, stakeholder management, and strategic planning, reporting to the Director, Q-Commerce (SG).

Qualificações

• Minimally 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing central warehouses, distributors & managing own stores.
• Experience dealing with regional stakeholders.
• P&L knowledge – understanding the drivers.
• People management: managing team leads who manage warehouse managers & pickers.

Responsabilidades

• Managing our dark stores, central warehouses & distributors through 3rd parties.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational OKRs and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles of key business metrics.
• Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and local/regional stakeholders to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and assess operational health.
• Devise strategies for ensuring growth trajectories are supported operationally, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure the business are compliant to laws and regulations.
• Formulate, manage, and control budgets.
• Analyze productivity data and optimising staffing and production capacity to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Maintain a working knowledge including challenges and opportunities in the sector.
• Design new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability.

About the opportunity

As Head, DMart Operations (SG), you will oversee coordination between sales, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure sales growth, operational efficiency and cost control.

As part of the quick commerce leadership team for Singapore, you will ensure compliance with key performance metrics and operational standards, manage third-party service provider relationships and negotiate agreements to optimize service quality.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in operations management, cross-functional leadership, project management and supply chain logistics in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director, Q-Commerce (SG).
